Facade Specialist
As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior facade of buildings. This includes selecting materials, creating detailed plans and drawings, and coordinating with other construction professionals to ensure the facade meets safety regulations and client specifications. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in facade engineering and be familiar with local building codes and regulations. This is a contract position based in Vianden, open to Pakistani nationals with excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Designing facades for new construction projects or renovations
- Selecting appropriate materials based on function, aesthetics, and budget
- Creating detailed plans and drawings using CAD software
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Providing technical support and guidance to construction teams as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facade design/construction
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
