Commercial Architect - Vianden, Luxembourg


As a Commercial Architect in our firm, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings and spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will involve conducting site visits, developing project proposals, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual who has a strong understanding of commercial architecture principles. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation can also be provided for the right candidate. Candidates without experience are welcome, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility
- Develop project proposals including cost estimates and timelines
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare specifications for materials, finishes, and equipment
- Oversee construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Monitor progress and provide updates to clients
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Previous experience in commercial architecture
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with LEED certification process
