We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating detailed plans and drawings, and coordinating with contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements for commercial building projects
- Create detailed architectural designs and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that all work is completed according to the plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress and make any necessary adjustments or modifications to stay within budget and meet deadlines
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, address any issues or concerns, and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1400$ per month
