Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Vianden. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and objectives for the project
- Create detailed architectural plans, including building layout, materials, and specifications
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities
- Oversee construction process to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Manage project budget and schedule
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Utilize sustainable design principles to create environmentally friendly buildings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Experience with sustainable design practices is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

City:
This position is located in Vianden, a charming town known for its medieval castle situated on the banks of the Our River. It is located in northern Luxembourg near the border with Germany.
