Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Vianden. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet quality standards, budget requirements, and client expectations. This is a contract-based job with a salary of 1200$, without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction process of various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Attend meetings with clients to discuss project progress and address any concerns or issues.
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance and support when needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant tools.

Preferred:
- Experience working on projects in Vianden or similar European cities.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Contract management experience.
