Construction Manager - Sofia


A reputable construction company in Sofia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about construction and has a strong background in project management.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Supervise and lead on-site construction teams
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress, track budget and expenses, and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and documentation of changes or modifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1000 per month. As this role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively is essential.
