Indian Chef


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Bansko, Bulgaria. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes for our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food production and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Indian cuisine, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes according to menu specifications
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food production
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Create new dishes or modify existing ones to meet guest preferences or dietary restrictions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Indian Chef or in a similar role
- Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Location: Bansko, Bulgaria (English language proficiency preferred but not required)

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
