Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and other features of a given piece of land. You will use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to collect data and create accurate maps and measurements. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that all surveying projects are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to collect data on land features, boundaries, and elevations
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to collect accurate data
- Analyze collected data and create detailed maps and measurements
- Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure that surveying projects meet specifications
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of all surveying activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using specialized surveying equipment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Bansko

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. However, we can assist in finding suitable housing if needed. We welcome candidates of any nationality who are fluent in English.
