Housekeeping Cleaner


Our 5-star hotel in the beautiful mountain town of Bansko is seeking a skilled and efficient Housekeeping Cleaner to join our team. As a Housekeeping Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This is a contract position with the option for renewal based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Replace linens, towels, and guest supplies as needed
- Dust, polish, and sanitize all surfaces in guest rooms
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors
- Clean and restock public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Keep back-of-house areas such as storage rooms and laundry facilities clean and organized
- Respond promptly to guest requests for extra amenities or cleaning services
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment for guests and employees

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and push heavy equipment or furniture as needed
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment preferred but not required
