Team Lead - St. Petersburg, Russia


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring their success in meeting project goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during project implementation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Mentor team members and assist in their professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role within the IT industry
- Strong communication skills in English (Malayalees preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ USD per month.
