Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwashing equipment
- Ensure that all dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards
- Sort and stack clean dishes for easy access by kitchen staff
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area including floors, sinks, and countertops
- Assist with general kitchen duties as needed such as food prep or cleaning

Requirements:

- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
