Merchandiser for Retail Store in Izhevsk, Russia


We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our retail team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and presented in an appealing and organized manner to attract customers. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and has a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an attractive manner
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer preferences and trends
- Ensure all products have accurate pricing and tags
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with receiving shipments and organizing stock room
- Conduct regular store walk-throughs to identify any areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or visual merchandising is a plus but not required
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English or Russian

Salary:
1500$ per month (salary may vary based on experience)
