Library Technician - Full Time (Filipino Preferred)


We are currently hiring for a Library Technician to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Library Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the library and providing excellent customer service to library patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with circulation tasks such as checking in and out materials, collecting fines, and registering new patrons.
- Process new materials for circulation, including labeling and shelving.
- Answer patron inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Help patrons locate materials within the library.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining library collections.
- Assist with programming and events for library patrons.
- Perform basic computer tasks such as cataloging books and searching databases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience working in a library setting is preferred.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.
