Commercial Architect - Ashdod, Israel


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, suitable for Malayalees with previous experience in commercial architecture.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and use your expertise to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as knowledge of sustainable design practices. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision and requirements for the commercial building project
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for feedback
- Work closely with engineers and other professionals to ensure that designs meet safety standards and building codes
- Create detailed construction plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it adheres to the design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam is also preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
