Indian Concierge in Ashdod

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Indian Concierge to join our team in Ashdod. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guest needs are met during their stay. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and accurately
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or transportation services
- Arrange special services such as spa appointments, tours, or personal shopping
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of Hebrew is a plus)
- Previous experience as a concierge or in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Israel

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month plus tips.
