Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You must have previous experience in managing a team of architects and engineers, as well as a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Oversee and guide a team of architects and engineers in the design process
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Review and approve architectural plans, designs, and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct site visits to inspect workmanship and quality control measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania

Preference: Indians preferred
