We are seeking an experienced and talented Indian Chef to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes that meet our high standards and satisfy our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a deep understanding of Indian cuisine.

Responsibilities:
- Create new and innovative Indian dishes that showcase the flavors and spices of India
- Prepare and cook all menu items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure quality control by properly storing, rotating, and labeling food items
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on preparation techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items based on customer feedback and market trends
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines set by the company
- Keep track of kitchen expenses to stay within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, ingredients, and flavors
- Ability to create unique dishes while maintaining the authenticity of Indian cuisine
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent understanding of food safety regulations
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Must be legally authorized to work in Lithuania

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
