Team Lead - Project Management

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of project managers and oversee their work
- Plan and coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
- Provide guidance and support to team members when needed
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget, scope, and timeline
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent command of English (Malayalees preferred)
