A dynamic and growing company in Las Vegas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support the company's goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Develop and maintain databases to track key metrics and performance indicators
- Interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify areas for improvement
- Utilize statistical analysis methods to validate data accuracy and reliability
- Stay current with industry best practices and trends in data analysis techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau or other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a simple manner
- Proven experience working with large datasets and relational databases
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- Experience working with Python/R for statistical analysis
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms
Salary: $1200 per month
Location: Las Vegas (accommodation provided)
