Experienced Florist


We are a well-established floral shop located in Eldoret, seeking an experienced and talented Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. You must have a keen eye for design and be knowledgeable about different types of flowers, their colors, and their meanings. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience working as a Florist and possess excellent customer service skills. This position offers a salary of 1800$ per month with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique floral arrangements based on client requests and occasions
- Order and maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs
- Keep up with industry trends to offer new and innovative designs
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper records

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a Florist in a retail or event setting
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, their colors, and their meanings
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Creativity and attention to detail are essential for this role
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
