We are seeking skilled and experienced miners to join our team in Eldoret. As a miner, you will be responsible for extracting minerals from underground or surface mines, ensuring the safety of yourself and your team, and operating mining equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate mining equipment such as drills, excavators, and bulldozers
- Inspect mining areas for potential hazards and implement safety protocols
- Extract minerals from underground or surface mines using specialized tools and techniques
- Ensure proper ventilation and lighting in mine shafts
- Maintain accurate records of mineral production and report any issues or concerns to management
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a miner or in a similar role
- Knowledge of mining equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to read maps and follow safety protocols
- Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$ per month, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
