We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in the vibrant city of Shan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and overseeing inventory and supplies.
- Train and develop new employees to ensure exceptional service standards are maintained.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, addressing any issues promptly.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues effectively.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve overall restaurant performance.
- Monitor financials, including budgets, sales goals, and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions and events to attract more customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and managing costs effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position. Accommodation will also be provided for out-of-city candidates.
