We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Bayan. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and creating maps and reports. Your main duties will include using specialized equipment to measure and map land features, communicating with clients and team members, and adhering to safety procedures.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and data collectors
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret maps, blueprints, and legal documents
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment
- Collect data through measurements, observations, or records
- Create maps and reports using collected data
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with team members on survey plans and procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Maintain accurate records of survey data
- Continuously monitor accuracy of measurements
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements
Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Bayan
