Experienced Barista in Salalah, Oman


We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Being able to communicate fluently in English is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages according to customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Take orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.
- Train new baristas on drink preparation techniques and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, depending on experience.
