Team Leader (Vianden, Luxembourg)


We are a fast-growing company in the heart of Vianden, Luxembourg, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure the efficient and successful completion of tasks and projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve company goals
- Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback
- Develop and implement strategies for improving team productivity
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary actions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Luxembourg
