Personal Trainer

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Lom, providing services to our Indian clients. As an English-speaking personal trainer in a foreign country, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients from different backgrounds and cultures.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized training programs for clients based on their goals and abilities
- Provide one-on-one or group training sessions to clients, focusing on proper form, technique, and safety
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their training plans
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and lifestyle choices in achieving their fitness goals
- Maintain a clean and organized gym environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously improve skills through professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with a recognized certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively with non-native speakers
- Experience working as a personal trainer is preferred but not required; we welcome new graduates who are passionate about fitness
- Ability to adapt training techniques for different age groups, skill levels, and cultural backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
