The Dubrovnik Shipyard is seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine tools to produce precision metal parts and components according to engineering specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Set up and operate various machine tools such as lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Turner or similar role
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments
- Strong understanding of machining processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
