Industrial Architect



We are currently looking for an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to ensure that the structures are functional, efficient, and safe for workers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information on project requirements
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for industrial buildings
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet all requirements
- Manage the construction process and oversee contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with design plans and safety regulations
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and techniques
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of industrial building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Chelyabinsk.
