Merchandiser for Retail Store in Ufa, Russia

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail team in Ufa, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective display and promotion of our products in our retail store. You will work closely with the store manager and product team to create visually appealing displays that attract and engage customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Create eye-catching product displays that reflect current trends and promotions
- Collaborate with store manager and product team to ensure stock levels are maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers as needed
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with brand standards
- Train sales associates on proper merchandising techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences
- Ensure all products are priced accurately and displayed in accordance with company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or Visual Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Strong eye for detail and ability to create visually appealing displays
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and industry best practices for visual merchandising
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without accommodation
