We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and bouquets for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their preferences and delivering beautiful designs that exceed their expectations.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in a similar position and possess excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and plants. You should also have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs. As our ideal candidate, you must have a keen eye for detail, an artistic flair, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs
- Create custom floral designs for various occasions
- Source high-quality flowers from suppliers
- Maintain inventory levels of flowers and supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
- Creative flair and ability to produce unique designs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Salary:
1600$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
