Florist Manager
Location: Izhevsk, Russia (Preference for Malayalees or Kenyans)
Salary: $1600 per month (with visa sponsorship)


A well-established floral shop in Izhevsk is seeking a talented and experienced Florist Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and an eye for design, as well as the ability to manage a team and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the floral shop
- Create and manage schedules for the florists and ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, funerals, and corporate events
- Train new florists on techniques and company standards
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a florist role, preferably with management experience
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Basic understanding of business operations such as inventory management and scheduling
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to obtain a work visa for Russia (visa sponsorship available)
