We are hiring a talented and experienced Florist to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful arrangements of flowers and plants for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and funerals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral designs based on clients' preferences and event theme
- Source high-quality flowers and plants from suppliers
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, wreaths, and other decorative displays
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and offering recommendations
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist with flower deliveries to customers or event venues
- Attend events to set up floral displays as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and how to care for them
- Creativity and artistic flair
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand clients' wants and needs
- Time management skills to meet tight deadlines for events
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy flower arrangements
- Preference for Indian nationals with experience in floral design
