Junior Accountant - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are a reputable financial firm seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This contract position is ideal for an Indian national looking to gain experience in the accounting field without the need for English proficiency or prior experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, such as recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and posting journal entries
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports accurately and timely
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times

Requirements:
- Indian national currently residing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language
