We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mecca. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to, managing staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, creating schedules, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and lead a team of staff members
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively
- Train new employees on restaurant policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting financial targets and managing budgets
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
