As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including staff management, customer service, financial management, and overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and smooth service
- Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of customer service
- Create work schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Manage all financial aspects of the restaurant including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items or modify existing ones according to customer preferences
- Develop marketing strategies to increase customer base and promote the restaurant within the local community

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
