Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Wiltz. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from residential homes to commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects meet their requirements and are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Monitor the progress of construction and ensure that it adheres to the design plans
- Oversee the selection of materials and finishes for projects
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is preferred

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Wiltz
