Data Analytics Specialist/Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist/Consultant to join our team in Izhevsk. As a specialist/consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop data-driven solutions, and present findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis using various tools and techniques
- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to support analytics initiatives
- Identify trends and patterns in data sets and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously monitor data quality and integrity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in data analytics or related field
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques is a plus
