Data Analytics Specialist
Our fast-growing data analytics company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk. As the market for data continues to expand, we are looking for a candidate who can help us make sense of large, complex data sets and provide valuable insights to our clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and database management. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using various tools and techniques
- Develop statistical models to identify trends and patterns in the data
- Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R programming languages
- Experience with database management systems (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
- Familiarity with statistical concepts (regression analysis, hypothesis testing)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present complex findings in a clear manner

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with big data platforms (e.g. Hadoop)
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry

Salary: $1500/month.
This is an English-speaking job; fluency in Russian is also preferred.
