Sales Associate


As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, restocking merchandise, and processing transactions. This role requires a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as strong communication skills. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

You will be working in our retail store located in the bustling city of Jerusalem. Our store caters to a diverse customer base, including tourists, locals, and expats from different countries. Therefore, fluency in English and Hebrew would be beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon entering the store and assist them with their shopping needs
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves when necessary
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Meet sales goals set by management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is desired but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Hebrew is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1500 per month.
