Industrial Architect

We are in search of a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Ashdod. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This role requires strong technical skills, as well as an eye for detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Create detailed plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Oversee construction progress to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and make necessary adjustments to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
