Junior Architectural Designer
We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with senior designers and architects to assist with the design and development of various architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers to create designs for architectural projects.
- Assist with drafting plans, elevations, and sections using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Research and gather information on building materials, construction techniques, and local building codes.
- Create 3D models and renderings of designs to present to clients.
- Participate in site visits to gather information and assess project progress.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet project requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software.
- Ability to create 3D models and renderings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary:
1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location:
Vilnius, Lithuania. This position is open for all nationalities.
Employment Type:
Contract (6 months), with potential for extension based on performance.
Experience:
No prior experience required. However, previous internship or relevant coursework is preferred.
