We are a growing software development company seeking a motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Junior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting software applications, identifying and reporting bugs, and ensuring the overall quality of our products. This is an entry-level position perfect for recent graduates or those with minimal experience looking to gain hands-on experience in the tech industry. This is a contract position without accommodation provided, suitable for men who are fluent in English. Salary starts at $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications
- Identify and report bugs and issues found during testing
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Create and maintain test cases and documentation
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools (such as Selenium or JIRA)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
