We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Utena. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food standards, and maintaining a profitable business. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in the restaurant industry. A salary of 1800$ will be offered to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Set and achieve financial goals for the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints or issues effectively

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in English (knowledge of Nepali or Kenyan languages is a plus)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Lithuania
