Handyman for Maintenance and Repairs in Utena, Lithuania



We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our maintenance team in Utena, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance and repairs, ensuring that our facilities are in top condition at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Perform repairs on equipment, furniture, and fixtures as needed
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement
- Communicate with management regarding any necessary repairs or replacements
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times while on the job
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Physical stamina and strength to handle various manual tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in order to effectively communicate with team members and management

Working Conditions:
