We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our growing tech company in Los Angeles. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and securing our company's network infrastructure and computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Design, install, configure, and maintain network systems including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Ensure the security of our network by implementing appropriate security measures
- Manage user accounts and access levels on the network
- Install and maintain software applications on company computers
- Perform regular backups of company data to ensure data integrity
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation in the company's network infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and LAN/WAN configurations
- Experience with security protocols such as VPNs, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.
