Seasonal Light Driver - Mombasa, Kenya


We are searching for a reliable and experienced Seasonal Light Driver for our company in the beautiful coastal city of Mombasa, Kenya. This is a seasonal job with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

As a Seasonal Light Driver, you will be responsible for driving our company vehicles to transport goods and materials to various locations within Mombasa. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- At least 2 years of experience as a light driver
- Familiarity with the roads and traffic rules in Mombasa
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends if needed
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if required
- Fluency in English or Arabic is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods and materials within Mombasa
- Follow all traffic rules and regulations at all times
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle at all times
- Assist with loading and unloading goods from the vehicle when necessary
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues immediately to the supervisor
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients when making deliveries or pickups
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs
