Land Surveyor

We are in need of an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Mombasa. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and analyzing data to determine property boundaries and elevations. You will also be involved in preparing survey reports, maps, and other documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and maps
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to establish property boundaries, locations of buildings, roads, and other features
- Use surveying equipment to collect data on elevation, angles, distances, and coordinates
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports documenting findings
- Create maps using computer software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Liaise with clients, government officials, and other professionals involved in land development projects
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times while conducting surveys on construction sites

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
