Caregiver for Elderly in Mombasa, Kenya



We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide care for elderly individuals in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders. This is a contract position and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for elderly individuals
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up living areas
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a caregiver for elderly individuals
- Must have a biometric passport to work in Kenya
- Fluent in English language
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as transferring clients from bed to wheelchair
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable individual with excellent communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary of $1400 per month.
