Glazier Supervisor (Malayali)


A reputable glass and glazing company in Shan is seeking a skilled Glazier Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fluent Malayali speaker with experience in the glass and glazing industry. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month with visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.

As a Glazier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of glass installation projects, from measuring and cutting to final installation. You will also be expected to supervise and train a team of glaziers, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayali
- Previous experience as a glazier or in the glass and glazing industry
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy glass panels

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install glass panels according to project specifications
- Supervise and train a team of glaziers, ensuring work is completed efficiently and up to company standards
- Read and interpret blueprints for accurate installation
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on job sites
- Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the final product
- Keep inventory of materials and order supplies as needed
