Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of El-Ain. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Hire and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and other project personnel
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software
Salary: $1600 per month (tax-free)
Location: El-Ain, UAE (Indian nationals preferred)
